How Awareness, Analysis, and Action Encourage Resilience?

 1.     The CRI is a proprietary 21 item resilience coaching assessment with high face validity. It creates focused awareness of levels of concern for 7 broad life experience areas.  It takes 3-5 minutes to complete using a fill-in PDF or pencil and paper format.

 2.     Results of the Inventory are then applied by means of accompanying Discovery Exercises. They help participants take action as your client embarks on a journey with opportunities to discuss, discover, and develop greater resilience.

 3.     This dynamic system of discovery and development is based on and guided by the exercise of three AAA Resilience Tools (Awareness – Analysis – Action).  Learning to effectively use these tools creates momentum in the direction of increased effectiveness and enjoyment of resilience.  These simple and brilliant tools undergird a continuous learning model that is especially helpful for clients when they find themselves stuck in their process of change.
