Len’s Brief Bio
Leonard J. Cerny II PhD
Dr. Len Cerny is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. He has an MA degree from Chapman College and MDiv degree from Melodyland School of Theology. He also has a PhD in Psychology from Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology. As a psychologist and leadership coach he has provided consultation and training for international organizations, teams, and families in over 25 countries. He is a co-founder of Member Care International, a non-profit organization providing training and support for member care providers. He has co-authored 4 peer reviewed professional articles about stress management.
For the past 3 years his focus has shifted to supporting people in becoming infectious as they help themselves and others discover, develop, and enjoy resilience. The centerpiece of his resilience development tools is a proprietary fast-paced coaching and debriefing assessment called the Cerny Resilience Inventory (CRI).
